The service

AdPilot is a software-as-a-service that helps you manage Google Ads campaigns. You connect your own Google Ads account; we run optimization on your behalf via Google's official API.

Your responsibilities

  • You own and have authority over the Google Ads account you connect.
  • You're responsible for your own ad spend — paid directly to Google, never through us.
  • Your ads must comply with Google's policies and applicable law.

Subscription & cancellation

  • 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start.
  • Monthly subscription. Cancel anytime; no refunds for partial months.
  • Annual subscriptions — pro-rata refund on cancellation.

Liability

We provide AdPilot “as is”. We're not liable for outcomes of your ad campaigns — though we'll always work to make them better. Maximum liability in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid us in that period.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
