About
We built the tool we wished existed.
In early 2026, we ran Google Ads for a Dubai carpet showroom. Budget was tight — AED 50/day to start. Agencies wanted AED 5,000/month for a manager who'd check in once a week. Google's own “Smart Mode” burned the budget on phone wallpaper searches.
Neither extreme worked. So we built something in the middle: an AI optimizer that runs every morning, knows the region, speaks the language, and costs less than a phone bill.
The carpet shop's CTR went from 2% to 6.3% in three days. Its cost-per-click dropped 22%. The owner stopped getting calls from agencies asking for a meeting.
That's the entire AdPilot pitch. We're not building enterprise software for ad ops at Fortune 500. We're building the equivalent of a great accountant for SMBs — quietly competent, every day, in the background.
The product is built by founders who run real Google Ads accounts. The optimizer logic, the regional schedule, the hyper-local targeting, the Arabic negative keywords — all of it comes from things we needed in our own work.
We're starting in the UAE because it's where we live, then expanding across MEA — Saudi, Egypt, Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, Morocco. Same playbook, localized for each market.
If you run a small business in the region and you've ever felt that Google Ads is “too complicated to bother with” — that's the problem we're here to solve.
Our principles
- ·Be honest about ROI. If your ads don't convert, we tell you — even if it means you cancel.
- ·Show the work. Every change to your account is logged with what was changed, why, and by whom.
- ·Earn from subscriptions, not ad spend. Cheaper clicks = longer subscription = aligned incentives.
- ·Default to local. Arabic transliterations, Friday-Saturday Gulf weekend, Ramadan-aware bidding — built in, not bolted on.
