About

We built the tool we wished existed.

We’re headquartered in Nairobi, Kenya — an Africa-first team building for African SMBs. Our HQ sits in the same city as Safaricom, Equity Bank, and the M-Pesa team that rewired how money moves on this continent. We learn from the same buyers our customers sell to.

In 2026 we ran Google Ads for a small showroom that wanted to go from KES 1,000/day to actually getting calls. Local agencies wanted KES 50,000/month for a manager who’d check in once a week. Google’s own “Smart Mode” burned the budget on irrelevant searches — phone wallpaper queries, junk terms, off-target geos.

Neither extreme worked. So we built something in the middle: an AI optimizer that runs every morning, knows the African market, speaks the language (Swahili, English, French, Arabic, Hausa, Yoruba), respects M-Pesa / MoMo / Naira / Rand, and costs less than a phone bill.

In the first 3 days the showroom’s CTR went from 2% to 6.3%. Cost-per-click dropped 22%. The owner stopped getting cold calls from agencies asking for meetings. That’s the entire AdPilot pitch.

We aren’t building enterprise software for ad ops at Fortune 500. We’re building the equivalent of a great local accountant for African SMBs — quietly competent, every day, in the background — at a price a kiosk in Mombasa or a salon in Lagos can actually afford.

We serve every country in Africa— all 54. From Nairobi we cover East, West, North, Southern, and Central Africa. Same playbook, localized per market: Swahili negatives for Kenya/Tanzania, French creative for Senegal/Côte d’Ivoire/Morocco, Arabic for Egypt/Algeria/Tunisia, Portuguese for Mozambique/Angola.

If you run a small business anywhere in Africa and you’ve ever felt that Google Ads is “too complicated to bother with” — that’s the problem we’re here to solve.

Our principles

  • ·Be honest about ROI. If your ads don't convert, we tell you — even if it means you cancel.
  • ·Show the work. Every change to your account is logged with what was changed, why, and by whom.
  • ·Earn from subscriptions, not ad spend. Cheaper clicks = longer subscription = aligned incentives.
  • ·Default to local. Arabic transliterations, Friday-Saturday Gulf weekend, Ramadan-aware bidding — built in, not bolted on.
