What we collect

• Account info: name, email, business name, phone (if provided).
• Google Ads data: via OAuth — campaign performance, keywords, budgets, conversions. Read-only by default; write access only when you approve a change.
• Website data (if you install our tag): page views, button clicks, form submits — to verify conversion tracking works.
• Billing info: handled by Stripe — we never see card numbers.

How we use it

• To run the AdPilot service (optimize your campaigns).
• To send weekly reports and alerts.
• To prevent fraud and abuse.
• To improve the product — aggregate, anonymized usage trends.

What we don't do

• We never sell your data.
• We never share your campaign data with other customers.
• We never use your ad spend information to enrich third-party profiles.

Your rights

• Export all your data — one click in the dashboard.
• Delete your account — instant, permanent. We retain billing records for 7 years as required by Kenya’s Tax Procedures Act and equivalent regulations across the African countries we serve.
• Revoke our Google Ads access from your Google account at any time.

Data location

Production data is stored in EU regions (Frankfurt) by default for low MEA + Africa latency. Africa region (Cape Town, Johannesburg) is available for Scale-tier customers on request, with data residency contracted under Kenya’s Data Protection Act 2019, South Africa’s POPIA, Nigeria’s NDPR, and EU GDPR (whichever is strictest applies).
